Nodenza Venture Partners, a New York-based VC firm specializing in life sciences innovation, has announced its lead investment in Faction Imaging Inc., an AI-native medical imaging company. The funding round, completed in December 2024, helped Faction meet a critical $10 million milestone.
Faction Imaging is rethinking the foundation of clinical imaging systems with a purpose-built platform that combines AI-native hardware, novel materials, and advanced computational methods. Its mission: to eliminate bottlenecks in medical imaging by improving efficiency, scalability, and diagnostic precision.
With radiologists overwhelmed and current systems under strain, Faction aims to modernize imaging for the healthcare demands of tomorrow.
